Founding Membership — 100 Individuals
Only 100 Founding Memberships will ever be granted.
Once filled, no further public applications will be accepted.
Future entry will be referral-only, extended privately at the discretion of existing members.

Members Code of Conduct
We uphold the standard expected of those accustomed to private environments. Skylounge VIP operates on respect, privacy, and awareness.
Discretion — Conversations at Skylounge remain at Skylounge.
Presentation — Members arrive composed. Excessive intoxication or spectacle is not permitted.
Awareness — Engagement is welcome, intrusion is not.
Respect — Staff are to be treated with the same courtesy as fellow members.
Phone & Recording Policy:
— No calls, filming, or photography are permitted within event or dining areas.
— No member may record, post, or publish content featuring another member, guest, or event without express staff approval.
— A designated area will be provided for necessary phone or video calls.
Failure to observe these standards may result in refusal of entry, or review of membership standing at the discretion of Skylounge VIP management.
Dress Code
Dress reflects respect for the room.
Accepted Standards:
• Men: Tailored suits or sport jackets with collared shirts. Dress trousers or pressed dark denim permitted when paired appropriately. Leather footwear only.
• Women: Elegant cocktail or evening attire. Tailored dresses, elevated separates, or formal jumpsuits. Heels or refined flats.
Unacceptable Attire:
• Athletic wear, hoodies, shorts, caps, casual t-shirts
• Prominent logos or branding
• Sandals, runners, or casual boots
Scent Policy
Skylounge VIP observes a scent-conscious environment. Members are asked to use fragrance and deodorant sparingly in consideration of guests with sensitivities.
Failure to observe these standards may result in refusal of entry or review of membership standing at the discretion of Skylounge VIP management.
